SME Impact Fund
SME Impact Fund (SIF) – Tanzania provides loans, skills and knowledge to small and medium-size enterprises (SMEs) in agricultural value chains. By connecting smallholder farmers and agribusiness SMEs, SIF strengthens links between small rural entrepreneurs and regional, national and export markets.
This way the fund contributes to increasing sustainable employment, income and the development of a value chains and the agri-business sector. SIF loans average about €75,000, typically meeting the working capital needs of these small businesses.
SIF improves the lives of thousands of families in impoverished rural areas and makes entrepreneurial dreams come true.
